Frequently Asked Questions

Q - Do I need a tax ID to purchase on this site?
A - No tax ID is required and no Sales Tax will be charged on your order if you are located outside the State of Missouri.  If you are located in the State of Missouri and have a tax ID, please email us at dmgwholesale@gmail.com with your company information and we will be sure to set up your account so that no tax is charged.  If you are in the State of Missouri and don't have a tax ID, you can still place an order, however, sales tax will be charged.

Q - Is there a minimum order?
A - We currently don't have a minimum order.

Q - Can I add something to an order already placed?
A - We do not allow additions to orders already placed.  We are very busy shipping out your orders, and this would slow down the process.  Thanks for understanding!


Q - Do your items pass the CPSIA test?

A - Please see our CPSIA Page for more information.

Q - How often do you get new products and how will I know when new items are added to the site?

A - We get new shipments all the time!  If you sign up for your email alerts on the home page, we will send an email out when new products are added to the site.  We also have a Coming Soon page that shows what products are on the way and when they will be here.

Q - How do I get coupon codes?

A - If you sign up for email alerts at the bottom of the home page, you will receive emails approximately twice per week with coupons, product arrivals, etc.

Q - How long does it take to ship out orders?

A - We strive to ship orders the next business day (excluding National Holidays).  However, once in a while it may take 2 business days to get your order shipped out.  See our Shipping Info page for more information.

Q - Is RUSH shipping available?

A - See our shipping page for more information.

Q - If an item is out of stock, when will it be available again?

A - This depends on the product.  You can email us at dmgwholesale@gmail.com with specific product questions.

Q - Can I pickup my order?

A - If you live in the St. Louis, Missouri area, or will be traveling to the area, place your order online as you normally would, and select "Local Pickup" as your shipping option.  Then contact us at dmgwholesale@gmail.com to set up a time to come to the warehouse and pick up your order.

Q - What is the Return Policy?
A - Unused merchandise in its original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.  If the product(s) is defective, you can call us at 314-329-1205 to discuss your return.  Otherwise, tYou are responsible for the return shipping and your return must include our return form that can be downloaded here:

- What are your hours of operation?  When and how can I contact you?
A - Wholesale Princess is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the website.  Our staff is available to return emails and answer phone calls Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm CST.  All email questions should be submitted through our contact us form, or by emailing us at dmgwholesale@gmail.com.  You can also reach us at (314) 329-1205.  Please leave a message if no one answers and we will get back to you within 24 business hours.
