Shipping Information

Shipping Options

We typically ship through the Post Office. On some larger orders, your order may be shipped via UPS Ground. At checkout, you will be given shipping options depending on the weight of your order. If you place a very small order, you will be given the option of USPS First Class Mail, which takes 4-7 days for delivery. Otherwise, your options will be USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. Shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight and destination.

If you choose Priority Mail, this typically takes 3-4 business days from the time the order is shipped. However, the Post Office doesn't guarantee their delivery times.
If you choose Express Mail, this is our fastest shipping option. This is an overnight delivery service to most areas of the country, however, USPS doesn't guarantee this either as certain parts of the country may take up to 2 days from the shipping date.

In order for local pickup to be selected, you must be willing to come to our warehouse in South St. Louis, Missouri. Please do not choose Local Pickup if you cannot pick up your order here. Your order will be held until you contact us with payment for shipping.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email at the email address entered during checkout. This email will show a breakdown of each item in your order and the tracking number will be listed next to the product. Typically, your entire order will be shipped in the same box. You can check your tracking number by entering it into the "Track and Confirm" box at www.USPS.com. Their tracking system may not update until the order is delivered, but sometimes, information may be available along the way. We apologize for the lack of information on their tracking system. International Shipping

International Orders will be given 2 options.

For orders under 4 pounds, you can choose from USPS First Class International Mail which can take anywhere from 6-24 days depending on your location. The USPS does not guarantee any specific time for delivery of these orders. There is NO TRACKING available on First Class International orders.

For all International Orders, you will also be given the option of USPS Priority Mail. The delivery time on this varies depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. We will not mark your shipment as a "Gift" to avoid duties, so please don't ask.

Shipping laws are different in every country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are having your order shipped permits the import of our products. Wholesale Princess is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Wholesale Princess may also charge you for any Certificate of Origination of Goods that is required by your Customs Office. Check with your local office to find out if this form is needed. If you will need this form, contact us after you place your order and let us know so that we can collect payment and send the Certificate with your order.
